Questions
Who can join?
Anyone 18 or older who likes our designs: creators, pet lovers, bloggers and shoppers. We review every application.
Does it cost anything?
No. Joining is free and there is nothing to buy.
How much do I earn?
Your commission rate is shown in your affiliate account once your application is approved. Shipping and taxes are not included.
How does my link work?
Your link adds ?ref=YOUR_ID to any Clanteeco page. When someone opens it, we save a cookie for 30 days. If they order in that time on the same device and browser, the sale is credited to you. If they opened links from more than one affiliate, the most recent referral link gets credit.
How do I share a product?
Sign in to your affiliate account, then open any product and tap Share. Your affiliate ID is added to the link for you. You can also copy links from your affiliate account.
Can I earn on my own orders?
No. Orders you place yourself, or with the email of your own account, do not earn a commission.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are approved once an order is paid. Orders that are cancelled or fully refunded do not earn a commission. We pay approved commissions after the refund period.
Where can I see my clicks and sales?
In your affiliate account: visits, orders, commissions and payouts.
What is not allowed?
Spam, misleading claims, fake reviews and self-referrals. We may remove affiliates who break these rules. See our Terms of Service for details.
