Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Clanteeco, operated by Clanteeco, to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how. It applies to customers, people who have contacted us, affiliates, and anyone whose data may have reached us through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube (Google).

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include:
   • your full name;
   • the email address you used with us (for orders, messages or the affiliate program);
   • if relevant, your order number, or the name of the Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube account involved;
   • what you want deleted (all your data, or specific information).
3. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same email address, so we can be sure it comes from you.

What happens next

• We confirm we received your request within 10 business days.
• We delete your data within 30 days of receiving a verified request, and email you when it is done.
• If we need to keep any information, we tell you what and why (see below).

What we may need to keep

We may keep a limited record of past orders (such as the order number, items, amount and date) when the law requires it, for example for tax and accounting, or when needed to handle a chargeback or prevent fraud. We keep this only as long as required and do not use it for marketing.

Facebook and Instagram

Our app connects only to the Facebook Page and Instagram account owned by Clanteeco, to publish our own posts and read their statistics. It does not log you in with Facebook and does not collect your Facebook or Instagram profile data.

Our tools do not offer Facebook Login to customers. If you have ever connected a Facebook account to one of our tools, you can also remove our app yourself: open Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select our app and choose Remove. Then email us as described above and we will delete any data we received.

TikTok

Our tool publishes videos only to Clanteeco's own TikTok account. To remove any app's access to your TikTok account, open TikTok and go to Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services permissions, then remove the app. Email us to delete any data we received.

YouTube and Google

Our tool uses YouTube API Services to publish videos to Clanteeco's own YouTube channel. You can revoke any app's access to your Google account on the Google security settings page. See also the Google Privacy Policy. Email us to delete any data we received.
